Business Studies
You will study Business Studies from the point of view of a manager of a business. The focus is on identifying problems and the actions you could take to solve them.
This course will help you to develop some of the key skills that successful business leaders need to succeed.
You will also regularly explore topical business issues as they arise – so an interest in what is happening in the world and current affairs is vital.

This course is excellent preparation for students intending to pursue a business related degree or considering a commercial career.
If you wish to study a Foundation Degree (FdA) locally there is an excellent FdA taught at the Huish Business School and many students have gone into further training/apprenticeships with A Levels in Business and Accounting.
