LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (ILM)

LEVEL: 2-5
EXAMINING BOARD: INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (ILM)
TYPE OF STUDY: EVENING AND DISTANCE LEARNING
PASS RATE: 93%

ILM offers industry-recognised leadership and management qualifications for all career levels.

You might be taking on your first team leading role or progressing to a higher level of management. ILM qualifications can help you to develop the skills, knowledge and personal abilities you need to succeed.

The way that ILM qualifications are designed means that you can fast-track your progression and ensure that training is targeted to meet your specific needs.

ILM qualifications start at Level 2 (ideal for team leaders) and go up to Level 5 (suited to senior managers). View the ILM website to see where you should start here.

All ILM’s qualifications are made up of small bite-sized units of learning on specific topics. ILM have designed their core leadership and management qualifications to be as flexible as possible. This means that trainers can customise qualifications to suit your needs by offering you a tailored combination of units.

More information about ILM is available at www.i-l-m.com. If you would like more information on how to apply please contact our Apprenticeship team on 01823 424603 or email apprenticeship@richuish.ac.uk.
