About the course

If you are passionate about sport this is the course for you. You will learn to critically evaluate sport, develop communication skills and work as a team. 

This A Level explores current sporting issues to develop an informed scientific and human understanding of key issues in physical education today. 

PE is a recognised entry qualification to Higher Education and is of particular value to those wishing to pursue a career in Sports Science, Coaching, Sports Development, Therapy and Sport Psychology. There are career opportunities in Teaching, Leisure Management, Sports Technology and the Armed Forces.
