TEAM LEADING AWARD, CERTIFICATE AND DIPLOMA (ILM)

LEVEL: 2 PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
EXAMINING BOARD: INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (ILM)
TYPE OF STUDY: EVENING AND DISTANCE LEARNING

The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) offer industry-recognised leadership and management qualifications for all career levels.

ILM qualifications can help you to develop the skills, knowledge and personal abilities you need to succeed, we can help you select the right level at which to begin and you can progress up to qualifications up to Level 5, suitable for higher levels of management.

The Level 2 Team Leading Award, Certificate and Diploma are ideal qualifications to achieve in your first role as a Team Leader.

At each level of study you can build your qualification to earn your Award, Certificate and then your Diploma. The way that ILM qualifications are designed means that you can fast-track your progression and ensure that training is targeted to meet your specific needs.

All ILM’s qualifications are made up of small bite-sized units of learning on specific topics. ILM have designed their core leadership and management qualifications to be as flexible as possible. This means that trainers can customise qualifications to suit your needs by offering you a tailored combination of units.
