50 Criminology and Sociology students recently visited Krakow, Poland.

They visited the Galicia museum, Schindler factory, Auschwitz and Birkenau and had a talk from a holocaust survivor.

They also took part in a Taskmaster challenge to immerse themselves in Polish culture, reviewing the food and speaking Polish.

The trip allowed them to apply their knowledge of state crime, human rights and use of media (propaganda) to the real world and to understand diverse cultures.
