A Level Physics students Andrew de Seja Martin and Thomas Chapple achieved excellent results in the Senior Physics Challenge.

Thomas (picture left) achieved a Silver Award and Andrew won a Bronze.
Thomas, formerly of @uffculme_school said, “The competition required us to apply a range of skills to unfamiliar topics not included in the A Level Physics syllabus and it was rewarding to win a Silver certificate that only 20% of participants achieved,” Course Manager for A Level Physics, Barrie Hall said, “This tough national competition was sat by 5,000 of the top young physicists and once again Huish students excelled.”

Commended students were Jack Sweeney, Adrian Karenski and Charlie Potts.
