Visual Arts students from Richard Huish College recently visited Paris on a 5-day trip that focused on art and design-based activities and offered them the opportunity to explore the city.

Their first day began with a tour of the iconic city, visiting different architectural wonders such as the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel and the Eiffel Tower.

The next day they visited the Louvre where they saw the Mona Lisa amongst many other important pieces of art.

The students were treated to an evening cruise on the River Seine ahead of the penultimate day where they visited the Louis Vuitton Foundation and the Musee d’art Moderne de la Ville. On the final day, the students took time to explore the spectacular city.
