If you would like to speak to someone in person, the IT Helpdesk is located on the ground floor of the Beech building in B5.

The IT Helpdesk is open to students at the following times (term time only):

• Monday, Tuesday Thursday, 8.30am-4.30pm
• Wednesday, 8.30am-3.45pm. Contact Reception after 3.45pm until 4.30pm if assistance is required.
• Friday, 8.30am-4.00pm.
