I chose Geography because I find it really interesting and I enjoy learning about new places. The specification covers so many things and it goes into so much more depth than GCSE Geography did.
I’ve been to Exeter with Geography and what I learnt has really changed the way I see towns and cities. Also I’m hopefully going on the Iceland trip next year, which I’m super excited about.
I really enjoy my lessons; my teacher is brilliant and explains things really well. There is a lot to learn but there isn’t loads of homework on top which is great. I think if you have a passion for it and enjoy learning about the world, then you should definitely consider taking Geography. It links to so many other subjects like politics, English and even psychology.
