Biology students have achieved exceptional results in this year’s Intermediate Biology Olympiad, one of the UK’s leading science competitions.
Competing against more than 16,000 students nationwide, students secured an impressive 7 Gold Awards, 15 Silver Awards and 17 Bronze Awards, with many others also receiving Highly Commended and Commended honours.
The competition challenges students to apply biological knowledge and problem-solving skills beyond the A Level curriculum, rewarding academic curiosity, resilience and passion for the subject.
