Accessing your results
GCSE results will be released on the Huish Hub at 9am on Thursday 11th January.
On the Huish hub, select the ‘Exam Results’ tab at the top of your profile to view your results.
Private candidates will receive their results via email by 9am.
Post Results Services
You have the right to appeal your result with the relevant exam board. For more information please view the JCQ Post Results Services Booklet.

How To Collect Your Exam Certificates
Reception is open 08.30 – 17.00 term time or 08.30-12.30 during holidays.
Class of 2023
All certificates (A Level, GCSE, Vocational etc.) achieved by the Class of 2023 are now available. Please be aware, If you have taken a GCSE or any other exams/qualifications during your time at Richard Huish College the Exams Office will be holding these certificates to release to you alongside your 2023 certificates.
We do not post the certificates out to students as a matter of course. It is your responsibility to request/collect these certificates following the methods below. If you have any queries please contact exams@richuish.ac.uk.
You can receive your certificates by post. If you wish for your certificates to be posted to you please make payment of the postage fee (£5 for UK/£10 for outside the UK) via the online shop giving the correct, full postal address and year you left. We will automatically receive notification of this payment and will post out the certificates to the address given.
You can collect your certificates in person during college hours.You will need to bring with you your Photo ID.
You can nominate someone to collect your certificates on your behalf from Reception under the following circumstances. You must send an email to the designated person to collect, from your own personal (or Richard Huish College) email account, detailing your permission from them to collect on your behalf (you DO NOT need to email the exams office with this request). The designated person collecting should then show this to Reception along with a form of their own photo ID. Once Reception have sight of the email and ID they will request the designated person sign for your certificates and will release them.
Previous Classes
If you would like to collect any certificates achieved prior to 2023 please email exams@richuish.ac.uk with your full name, date of birth, year you left and details of the certificates you wish to collect.
Following your request, your certificates will be made available to be collected.
Please note, if you wish certificates to be collected on your behalf the following procedure is to be followed:
- Send an email to the designated person to collect, from your own personal (or Richard Huish College) email account, detailing your permission from them to collect on your behalf
- The designated person collecting should then show this to Reception along with a form of their own photo ID
- Once Reception have sight of the email and ID they will request the designated person sign for your certificates and will release them.
